Plastic Surgeons Being Targeted

I recently went undercover and was hired for a company that targets plastic surgeons and lawyers. The whole interview process was a little sketchy with the details but 5 days later I was called and asked to join their team. My position was Account Executive and my job was to goto websites that list the top plastic surgeons and call them. My goal was to first try to get the surgeon on the phone, (fat chance) and then if I did, tell them "I have something very important to talk to you about. "I want to schedule a 10-15 minute presentation to show you how I can "help" you get more patient leads." If the surgeon bites, I schedule him and the Sales Director then does the close.

The close in this case is to be the only plastic surgeon for the specified counties that are listed on their informational website. The surgeon gets to have a nice description of themselves on a page devoted to them. Their picture is posted and then this company writes 2-5 articles over a 15 month period and submits them to free article release websites. The company also uses some of their money for extremely targeted key phrases with google adwords.

What I cant believe is that this company has around 17 surgeons already signed up with a minimum $12,500 price. Beverly Hills and NYC were each $28,500 and already taken. All the surgeon gets is the following:

1. A page on a website that is not in the top 750 for any relevant keywords.
2. Some articles written where the surgeon provides 80% of the information.
3. Targeted PPC ads targeting very specific key phrases.
4. Lead Generation - Potential clients fill out a form and send it to the doctor.

My question is how can these succesful plastic surgeons fall for this?
Most of them have a website already. Why wouldnt they just write their own articles or have their office manager write them? Why dont they handle their own ppc accounts and keep an eye on where their money goes?

My question is, how do I get in touch with all of these plastic surgeons and help them stop with all of this money wasting?
